The location of this place is amazing, as it is just a short walk to the city center.

The hotel overlooked the city and the room was spacious and nicely styled. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of dishes. The location was very central, close to all the sights. The team provided fantastic service. I found everything good and would recommend it to all.

Breakfast was excellent ,a varied choice. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.

House keeping kept forgetting to leave coffee and milk in the room. This was soon replaced when I rang down to reception. So not a major worry.

The rooms here are well-lit and peaceful with nice views.

Generally, appreciated this high quality accommodation with very amiable staff in courteous service and attentive service to each and every guest. Cakes and pastries were tasty and overall there was a good choice of food.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The rooms were well-appointed and brand-new. Appreciated the room with magnificent views of Prague Castle. My bed was great. The breakfast was good, hot, with fresh ingredients of all types. The staff was attentive. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice. Only a 5-minute walk to a historic square. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for five nights on vacation.

The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful. It was one of the best free Breakfasts I ever had at a hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and quiet rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and all the major attractions.-I especially loved the impressive breakfast, with a wide array of hot meals and a fantastic buffet. The fresh fruits and dried fruits and nuts were amazing.-The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the concierge offering great restaurant recommendations.

The room I was assigned was incredibly small, even by European standards. It felt cramped and claustrophobic.

The breakfast is absolutely superb to any breakfast I have ever had in any hotel period. Plently of fresh fruits as well as hot dishes. There is also a menu you can order off of that is included in the room price as well. The staff are also cheerful friendly and have an attitude to please. Great hotel!

Clean modern property, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Conveniently located near town square, within walking distance of attractions. Upgraded room with king size bed. No public transport needed. Overcharge issue professionally resolved.
